  The gas station oil and gas recovery system consists of an unloading oil and gas recovery system (ie, primary oil and gas recovery), a refueling oil and gas recovery system (ie, secondary oil and gas recovery), and an oil and gas recovery and treatment unit. The oil and gas recovery is only for gasoline. The function of the system is to collect, store and recycle the oil and gas generated during the unloading, storage and refueling of the gas station through the relevant oil and gas recovery process, and suppress the uncontrolled evaporation of oil and gas. Thereby achieving the purpose of protecting the environment and the health of customers and employees.

  First, a primary oil and gas recovery (ie, unloading oil and gas recovery system), the process of unloading oil and gas recovery is through the principle of pressure balance, the oil that is volatilized during the unloading process is collected into the tanker and transported back to the oil storage tank. Then the oil and gas recovery process is carried out.

  The process of oil and gas recovery at this stage is as follows: During the unloading process of the tanker, the pressure in the oil storage vehicle is reduced and the pressure in the underground storage tank is increased. The pressure difference between the underground storage tank and the tanker makes the oil and gas volatilized during the unloading process return to the tanker through the pipeline to complete the oil and gas collection. When the unloading is over, the pressure in the underground storage tank and the tank tank is balanced, and the primary oil and gas recovery phase is completed.

  Second, the secondary oil and gas recovery stage (ie, the refueling oil and gas recovery system), the secondary oil and gas recovery stage uses vacuum-assisted oil and gas recovery equipment, and the oil that is volatilized during the refueling process is collected into the underground storage tank through the underground oil and gas recovery pipeline.

  The realization process of oil and gas recovery at this stage is as follows: in the process of refueling the vehicle at the gas station, a certain vacuum is generated by the vacuum pump. After the oil and gas recovery equipment such as the refueling gun, the oil and gas recovery pipe, the vacuum pump, etc., the gas-liquid ratio is controlled to 1.0~1.2 according to the requirements. Therefore, the oil and gas volatilized during the refueling process is recovered into the oil tank. Secondary oil and gas recovery is divided into two types: decentralized oil and gas recovery and centralized oil and gas recovery.

  Third, the oil and gas emission treatment device mainly recovers part of the oil and gas that needs to be discharged when the oil tank exceeds the specified pressure limit.

  It refers to the oil tank and the oil and gas recovery pipe of the oil tank connecting the oil storage pipe and the oil and gas recovery pipe into a closed oil and gas recovery system. When the oil is input, the oil vapor volatilization will increase the volatilization and escape of the oil and gas, so the oil filling pipe must be deep below the oil surface. To reduce the liquid level disturbance; the oil storage tank with a capacity of more than 250 gallons (945 liters), the oil filling pipe needs to be deep into the tank, and the distance from the bottom of the tank is not more than 6 inches (15 cm). When the oil is discharged, the oil is submerged into the liquid surface. The oil injection pipe is injected, and the oil and gas generated at the same time is collected into the tank car by the recovery pipe on the liquid surface. These pipes connected to the underground oil tank are surrounded by the outer periphery to prevent the oil from seeping. The opening of the tubing must be connected to the tanker by means of a connecting cap with a strong rubber band to avoid oil leakage.

  The opening of the oil and gas recovery pipe is a special opening function device. When the oil and gas recovery pipeline on the tanker is properly connected to the oil tank, the recovery port will be opened.

  When unloading oil, the oil and gas recovery pipeline must be connected to the tanker and then connected to the opening equipment. After the oil is discharged, the oil filling pipe on the tanker must be removed first, and then the residual oil is poured into the oil tank. The oil and gas recovery pipe is removed in reverse order. The recovered oil and gas is taken back to the oil depot by the tank truck, and then treated by condensation, adsorption or combustion. The operation principle is close to the balanced oil gun oil and gas recovery system.
