Flexible networking features
The AWZ series of batch controllers offer two communication options:Ethernet and RS485.
When using Ethernet,the communication protocol is an open Modbus TCP/IP protocol commonly used in process control.The network communication rate is up to 10Mbps,which is much higher than the ordinary RS485 network(600~115200 bps).
According to the needs,RS485 network can also be selected.The network has strong anti-interference ability,and the communication distance can reach more than 2000 meters.

The function is as follows:
Parameter setting function
The loading controller can set the loading parameters by remote monitoring computer or loading instrument according to the loading requirements.These parameters include:flow coefficient,advance,valve delay,fluid density,and more.
Quantitative loading control
After determining the working parameters of the batch controller,the loading controller will complete the automatic loading process according to the specified procedure.When the loading amount reaches the set value,the loading will be automatically stopped.
When it is detected that the system is not safely grounded,stop loading.
The loading parameters can be saved when there is an accidental power failure during the loading process,and the loading can continue after the power is turned on.
Data collection function
The loading controller can collect the flow meter pulse signal or the standard current signal.It can be connected to the thermal resistance temperature signal through the transmitter.The loading controller can also be connected to the electrostatic grounding clip and other switching signals.
Valve continuous control function
The batch controller has a PID adjustment output function,which can control the opening degree of the on-site regulating valve in a linear and continuous manner.It realizes two or more sections of switches,constant current speed regulation and other functions,and provide control effects and precision.
On-site emergency stop function
There is an emergency stop button on the loading controller and remote monitoring screen.If an emergency occurs on the site when loading,the operator can stop loading immediately by pressing the emergency stop button.
Remote and local real-time monitoring
The loading controller is equipped with a high-brightness liquid crystal display.When the operation is performed locally,the loading process and the state of the related equipment are displayed in real time.During remote operation,the remote monitoring computer and the loading controller synchronously display the loading process and the state of the related equipment in real time.
Remote/in-place loading mode conversion function
Under normal circumstances,the vehicle is loaded remotely by the host computer,or it can be directly loaded on the site as needed.Each loading controller in the system is a complete metering,control and display unit,independent of the upper computer.
Powering the field instrument
The loader also provides power output terminals,which provide 24VDC and 220VAC power supplies for field instruments such as flow meters and valves.
Communication networking function
This car loading instrument is an open system with powerful communication and networking capabilities.It can be connected to the host computer and other systems in the form of Ethernet or RS485 network.
Device self-test function
The system automatically detects the working state of the loading controller,and the monitoring computer can remotely monitor the working state of the loading controller.When the loading controller fails,the system will automatically alarm.

Quantitative loading controller: one machine
Piston type digital electro-hydraulic valve: For non-corrosive and high temperature and high pressure medium, you can choose carbon steel material, 16MPa pressure, normal temperature control valve. The piston type digital electro-hydraulic valve has excellent constant current and multi-stage control functions. Excellent linear control, adjustable constant-speed response, low-pressure drop and low flow rate at high flow rate, stable control at one second per second, and constant flow function. It can solve the overshoot problem well and eliminate the water hammer phenomenon. And long life, high oil quality and other characteristics.
Flowmeter: There is no special requirement for volume flowmeter or mass flowmeter of ordinary carbon steel. If there is a high requirement for loading accuracy, it is recommended to select a mass flow meter with 0.1% accuracy.
Electrostatic protector: The overfill grounding protector for loading is a grounding device for ensuring the safety of the loading process. It has a chain function that rejects the vehicle without grounding signal and stops the vehicle when the grounding resistance is greater than 100Ω. At the same time, the device itself has an audible and visual alarm function, and the field operator can eliminate the fault by the color, sound and status of the light.
Overflow protector: Overflow protection is a safety device that prevents material from overflowing the tank when an accident occurs during loading. When the material comes into contact with the spill-proof probe, the device emits a chain signal to stop the emergency. At the same time, the device has an audible and visual alarm function, and the field operator can eliminate the fault by the color, sound and status of the light.
