The unattended weighbridge weighing management system developed by our company is divided into two-way and one-way weighbridges.There is only one weighbridge in both directions.The entrance and exit are all passed from one weighbridge.The one-way is two weighbridges.Out,passing from another weighbridge.In the management system of these two modes,the following aspects are mainly implemented:
1.Using the high-definition license plate recognition technology,the next step of the operation process is determined by the device server after collection and verification;
2.Using the intelligent gate technology,the device server realizes the automatic action according to the operation flow;
3.Using infrared radiation technology,the driver will be prompted in real time after being collected by the equipment server to ensure accurate parking;
4.Using high-definition environment camera technology,the entire operation process is monitored in real time by the device server to prevent the driver from having other unnecessary operations;
5.Using LED large screen and voice technology,the device server outputs relevant information to the LED large screen and voice,prompting the driver to operate the specifications on the weighbridge,and improving the efficiency of the upper floor scale;
6.Using the highly integrated intelligent self-service terminal,using IC card technology,swiping the card on the self-service terminal,realizing identity check,saving weighing information,printing the ticket,and querying the history record through the IC on the self-service terminal,in the self-service terminal It is equipped with self-help function to realize timely communication between the driver and the owner's management personnel.The self-service terminal has an environmental camera system to effectively monitor the driver's operation process;

Two-way system scale tare operation flow
1.The driver drives to the weighbridge position(the driver with the IC card system needs to obtain the IC card from the business room).After the license plate recognition system recognizes the license plate,the device server can check the vehicle information through the local management system,or the device server can Other systems propose vehicle verification requirements.After the vehicle information is checked correctly,the elevator command is issued to the forward direction gate.In the license plate recognition process,the driver's seat right side is installed with a large LED screen and a voice prompt system.Will display the relevant information in real time to prompt the driver(prompt content:whether the license plate recognition is correct,whether the driver needs to get off the vehicle to check the license plate or go to the self-service terminal for help,etc.).
2.After the license plate recognition is passed,the forward direction gate is automatically raised and the vehicle is on the weighbridge.After the pound is applied,an infrared radiation system is installed before and after the weighbridge to monitor the parking position of the vehicle in real time.During the monitoring process,the driver's seat is mounted on the right side of the driver's seat with a large LED screen and a voice prompt system.The system displays relevant information in real time.Prompt the driver(prompt content:whether the parking location is correct,whether the driver needs to get off to the self-service terminal for help,etc.);
3.After the vehicle is parked,the driver will turn off and go to the weight scale in front of the self-service terminal,brush the IC card or manually confirm,stand for a certain period of time,weigh the body weight.After the weight is finished,the driver presses the confirmation button.The device server automatically records the tare information and saves it,and captures both photos and saves them using the environment camera on the weighbridge and the self-service terminal.If the driver thinks that there is a problem with the tare weight,he can send a request for help to the owner's operator on the self-service terminal;
4.After the vehicle's tare weight is finished,the device server gives the direction gate brake lifting signal,and the outbound gate automatically lifts the gate,and the driver drives the vehicle to leave the weighbridge.
1.2.3 Two-way system scale total weight operation process

3.After the vehicle is parked,the driver will turn off and go to the weight scale in front of the self-service terminal,brush the IC card or manually confirm,stand for a certain period of time and weigh the body weight.After the weight is finished,the driver presses the confirmation button,the device server will automatically record and save the total weight and capture and save photos by using the environment camera on the weighbridge and the self-service terminal.If the driver thinks that there is a problem with the total weight,he can send a request for help to the owner's operator on the self-service terminal;
4.After the total weight of the vehicle is finished,the equipment server sends a signal to the directional gate,and the directional gate automatically raises the gate.The driver drives the car to leave the weighbridge.
Unattended management system
1.4.1 Functions Implemented by the Device Server
